Complete Care at Marcella has been exceptional when it comes to the care of my mother. My family did our homework and looked around before deciding on Complete Care at Marcella and we are so glad we did. Everyone has been so nice and accommodating. The care provided is above and beyond. Even with Covid, they made arrangements to have safe contact with our Mom via Zoom. We got weekly updates as well as mailings to keep us informed during the pandemic. Thank you to all staff, for it gives our family peace of mind that our Mom is in good hands!

The staff is very caring and working on trying to understand my mother because she was new. They’re very nice. We like it a lot. Her room is like a hospital room, and she has a roommate. It has a small closet, hospital table, dresser, and room on the walls for pictures. She can put up cards and things on the big bulletin board. They’ve been trying to get her to color or do things like that, but she’s not interested. The grounds are very pretty and there are outside areas.
